Our Finance team at Constant is looking for aFixed Asset/ Lease accountant who will report into the Senior Manager, Accounting.
What to expect:
- Deliver a full range accounting and Fixed Asset tracking, including liaising with logistic team and with domestic and local country 3rd party accountants/ consultants
- Deliver timely and accurate accounting reports, Fixed Asset registers, leasing summaries, and invoicing
- Maintain a comprehensive Fixed Asset register, recording acquisitions, disposals, and transfers accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including schedules related to Fixed Assets.
- Participate in year-end and external audit processes related to Fixed Assets.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance department
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting required
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Must have strong Excel skills and attention to detail; experience with Alteryx a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as great communication skills - verbal/written
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Fixed Asset accounting
Compensation
$55K - $75K
This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
