The Fitness Health Consultant will help drive our sales platform and work with staff to drive sales. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and sales experience. The fitness health consultant is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the Facility, including packages, recurring memberships, membership renewals, and maximizing workout traffic.
The candidate will spearhead community outreach and marketing efforts and will maintain operational excellence in the studio. He/she must possess strong communication and customer service skills, leadership skills, and a passion for health/fitness and taking a role in the community. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable in selling our services/programs to optimize individuals health. SALES AND MARKETING
- Achieve monthly membership and sales goals as determined by management
- Ensure that all company-wide sales and marketing initiatives are prepared for and executed
- Ensure that sales reps are marketing initiatives are prepared for and executed
- Identify areas where you can enhance and grow your core business, and implement solutions on an ongoing basis
- Manage The sales reps schedule and performance
- Develop and teach sales reps
PRE-SALES STRUCTURE
- Continuously find additional and new ways to grow leads
- Accomplish daily tasks to hit required weekly sales goals
HOSPITALITY & COMMUNITY
- Provide high-level customer service to Infinity clients, handling all client issues and concerns in a timely and positive manner
- Be the face of your studio by building and fostering community, both inside and outside the studio walls
- Foster community between staff, instructors, and clientele through the organization of membership socials
BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS
- Utilize resources to increase and maintain client utilization and retail sales
- Work with owners to create and execute monthly retail plans
- Oversight of ordering of supplies; booking cleaning services; maintenance requests; sourcing vendors to stock and keep studio running; towel supply, etc.

- QUALIFICATIONS -
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college preferred.
- Self-motivated and confident with sales
- Must have superior customer service and hospitality skills
- Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management
- Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours including some weekends and holidays
- Personal passion for fitness is required
- Must operate from a place of inclusivity, not exclusivity, towards all clients and staff
- Independent thinkers are comfortable in their ability to troubleshoot and make quick decisions
- Must Be available for closeout dates (last Monthly weekend)
- Bilingual (Spanish and additional languages - preferred)
