The Trainer/Sales Associate position pays a base per hour PLUS commissions on each membership sale and retail item PLUS BONUSES for reaching goals and benchmarks
Mission: To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.
In Studio Work Hours: 15-30 hours per week
Initial and Required Training & Certifications:
- Complete HOTWORX Certification. Repeat once annually as a refresher.
- Maintain active CPR, AED and First Aid certification at all time
- Participate in any team or corporate training including webinars as assigned by a general manager.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete a minimum of 15-30 hours per week unless otherwise noted by management.
- Consistently maintain a professional appearance
- Always strive for only 5-star online ratings for Yelp, Facebook, Google, and other listing sites! 5 stars happen when the studio maintains a culture of supreme customer service and hospitality!
- Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management.
- Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
- Make every member feel special and keep them motivated for the workouts
- Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, answering their questions, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answer all post-workout questions and provide suggestions on gear, hydration and other retail items.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
