Job Summary:
To onboard all incoming fitness facility partners to the fitness incentive program as specified by business client to expand the partner network. To support technical queries enabling them to successfully configure, manage, and complete monthly usage and portal setup. Support the facility managers by providing technical portal support to enhance their overall portal and service experience, through strong portal and application knowledge.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
- Respond to facility manager inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, etc. regarding how to use the portal, reporting, and tool features to accomplish their specific tasks.
- Assist and train facility managers in the setup and configuration of the portal and reporting features within the Healthy Contributions dashboard.
- Using product knowledge, this role will provide support to our facility managers who are experiencing simple or more complex issues with our portal; troubleshoot and directly answer questions to resolve the issues they are experiencing. Route issues that the Associate Support Specialist is unable to resolve to the appropriate person or team for timely facility manager resolution.
- Provide and lead educational tutorials and webinars on the portal's capabilities and functionality to facility managers.
- Create and update knowledge base collateral, FAQs, and other support materials to empower facility managers to find answers independently.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, best practices, and facility feedback.
- Collaborate weekly with business client to establish future goals and discuss progress from the previous week.
- Manage and process any new applications for facilities in the assigned territory.
- Communicating with business client and providing welcome training to facility manager for any new facilities added to the network.
- Manage and support facility managers during our peak time of monthly usage submission between the 1st-5th of each month.
- Become an internal expert in all the program details and insurance providers for the Fitness Programs we process for.
Position Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to relate to any type of internal or external customer on a regular basis
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to generate responses in a clear and concise manner
- Previous practice with projects that have a specific start and end date
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Takes initiative & works collaboratively by engaging in discussions with the team on projects/tasks
Skills and Education
- Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Technology background is a plus, but not required
- Results driven
- Ability to work and engage a variety of different audiences
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- 1-2 years' professional experience with a desire to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
