Sasquatch hires based on our corporate culture. “Building better versions of ourselves and our community through fitness and education” is the Sasquatch mission statement. If this doesn’t resonate with our employees, building the culture that we want will be next to impossible.
Culture begins with our employees and trickles down to our members. Our employees must prioritize both their continued education, as well as that of our members above all else. They must be able to thrive on constructive criticism, have a burning passion for health and fitness, and a desire to share that passion with anyone who cares to listen. If they have that passion, all of the skills necessary to fill any Sasquatch Strength role can be taught. Attitude and passion cannot.
