We have opened the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas and we are hiring now! Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier.
We are launching our search for our Fitness Manager, as part of our core leadership team. This position will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide leadership to the Fitness department.
- Create and manage departmental budget drive team to meet revenue goals.
- Provide quality member consultations, lectures, and classes as well development of new fitness classes, services, and lectures.
- Researches, evaluates, and provides expert opinion for new business interests of company.
- Serves as expert for exercise physiology related questions and issues.
- Responding to member queries on surveys and emails, questions from executive level management etc.
- Representing company at offsite media and marketing events as company fitness expert
- Be available to work a variety of hours including, holidays, weekends, and evenings.
- Lead the fitness team in a way that builds trust and embodies Canyon Ranch culture and Respectful Workplace standards.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Significant specialized experience (6-10 years’ experience in same or related field).
- Successful track record of building and leading fitness teams to create excellent member and colleague experiences.
