Responsibilities: - Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction in various disciplines such as dance, kickboxing, Pilates, CrossFit, and group fitness - Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and abilities - Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts - Monitor and motivate clients to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and effectively - Design and lead group fitness classes that are engaging and challenging - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to continuously improve knowledge and skills - Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs Requirements: - Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction - Proficiency in multiple fitness disciplines such as dance, kickboxing, Pilates, CrossFit, etc. - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles - Ability to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual client needs - Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients - Prior experience working as a Fitness Instructor or personal trainer is preferred - Passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
