SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, Club Service Lead to oversee the evening operations of our Fitness Club. Responsibilities include hiring, training staff, and overseeing scheduling. Closing the building during weeknights and on weekends. We need someone who is organized and detail-oriented. Compensation:$19 per hour
Responsibilities:- Demonstrate complete compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns
- Uphold a clean and safe environment, ensuring the well-being of both members and staff
- Train, schedule, and manage the Front Desk and locker room staff
- 3-5 years of experience working in a gym or the fitness industry required
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in a fitness related field of study is a plus
- Must have a strong focus on putting the members first with exceptional customer service experience
- Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a fitness role
