FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:

Front Desk Associates are the face of Elevate, responsible for

creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting members, and ensuring

smooth operations at our facility. Your dedication will be key in

maintaining the high standard of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Front Desk, including opening/closing the facility.

• Greet and check in members, providing assistance and

information as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Front Desk area.

• Handle membership inquiries and provide support to the

membership sales team.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or Front Desk experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, flexible scheduling, and a

supportive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

• Rochester, NY 14607: Relocate before starting work (Required)
