Description:

Looking for a team player who has the skills to cut the gills! Looking to fill the position of a seafood cutter starting pay $19-$21/hr. on experience.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable about food safety standards and cleanliness
• Use knife or hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming of seafood
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. at any time
• Able to stand for 8+ hours while performing job duties
• Eager and enthusiastic about learning
• Must have working knowledge of production equipment including a scale
• Ability to portion all seafood products in an accurate and timely manner
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, challenging environment
• Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Ability to cut product to appropriate portion and cut specified including cleaning, cutting, portioning, and handling
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
