Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer and technician calls with positive, friendly, professional and common sense approach.
- Schedule technicians for service calls and following up with customers on results.
- Respond to and send emails.
- Database maintenance daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building relationships via telephone with current customers as well as prospects.

- Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy: Windows, Excel, Internet
- Active listening skills, team player, problem solving abilities
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Professional and courteous phone demeanor.
- Manage a volume of emails, receiving and sending daily, with accurate spelling and grammar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
