Job Description
- Lead and manage projects involving the installation, inspection, and testing of Fire Protection systems, with a focus on Clean Agent systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners in the industrial markets, healthcare markets, power generation markets, and data centers in Florida
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including selling work and building a team of technicians to execute projects
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of Fire Protection solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company through project management, team recruitment, and branch development
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Fire Protection engineering, with a focus on Clean Agent systems.
- NICET Level 3 certification in Special Hazards or equivalent Fire Protection Engineering (FPE) qualification.
- Proven track record of success, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial markets, healthcare markets, power generation markets, or data centers.
- Ability to lead project teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in business development and client relationship management is desirable.
- Familiarity with sprinkler and fire alarm systems is a plus.
