Fingerprint Technician

Central Illinois Fingerprints, LLC is a small business located in Bloomington, IL. This position is responsible for fingerprinting applicants seeking licensing for employment purposes. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team.

Overview: The job duty is completed on a need by need basis. When needed, personnel will be notified in advance. The schedule is flexible and determined based on business needs. Qualified candidates will be provided training, so no prior experience needed. Please note this is not a regular part time/full-time position; it’s an On-Call position expected/estimated availability one day or two days a week during the week day or as needed. The On-Call position is a perfect fit for candidates with excellent customer service skills, flexible schedule, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass background check
• Have the capacity to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Maintaining confidential and time sensitive information.
• Must be reliable and dependable, reporting to work on a consistent and punctual basis.
• Ability to work in semi high pace environments.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile and insurance.
• Flexible daytime schedule.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment that weighs approximately 25 lbs.

Required Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak and write in English.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to speak a foreign language.
• Notary License

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.65 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
