Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences, offering expert guidance, and building lasting relationships.
- Showcase our stunning collection of Fine Jewelry with passion and expertise, highlighting the unique craftsmanship and stories behind each piece.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Maintain immaculate visual presentation standards within the showroom to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively advise customers and meet sales targets.
