We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, has a positive attitude, and loves helping people. Our work environment is goal-oriented and focused on growth, both for individuals and the company at large. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us!
Responsibilities:- Help customers find their perfect pieces- Be knowledgeable about products and educate customers on different types of jewelry- Upsell additional products and matching sets- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all jewelry displays are properly stocked and presented- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges in a professional manner- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Availability on Saturdays or Sundays.
Must have a positive, outgoing attitude.
Must be willing to learn about the company and jewelry.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
Must be able to travel within NYC.
Retail experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person if you’re looking to learn!
