To actively support the NOAM FF Marketing team in the creation and execution of impactful marketing presentations and events. Through hand-on creative collaboration you will work on all facets of marketing to help develop strategies to drive business growth while gaining valuable insights into the fragrance industry. Your creativity, passion, and enthusiasm will be key to delivering the marketing excellence Givaudan offers to their clients.
In this position you will:

• Provide administrative and marketing support to assist in the daily operations of the Marketing team.
• Support the development of marketing presentations and events, including desk research, pulling imagery, gathering information on current market trends and working on fragrance submissions.
• Support meeting preparation and events including but not limited to, ordering materials, putting together kits, packing/shipping/compilation of materials, blotters, etc.
• Assist with scheduling and set up of meetings, events and client presentations.
• Support the tracking and analysis of product launches and trends, including ordering products as needed.
• Manage and organize the internal product storage.
• Support sample requests, partnering to coordinate the fulfillment of all incoming inquiries.
• As needed, assist with data entry needs.
