- Provide exceptional service to guests in a Fine Dining setting
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the Aloha POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean linens, silverware, and glassware
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

- Strong math skills for accurately handling payments and making change
- Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system or similar restaurant point-of-sale software
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Familiarity with the food industry and Fine Dining service standards
- Sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and promote specials
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Strong interpersonal skills for building positive guest relations

Pay: $600.00 - $1,314.00 per week
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
