Fine Dining Server

```Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a high-end dining setting. Your attention to detail, knowledge of food and wine, and ability to create a memorable dining experience will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience

- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and wine pairing

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and splitting bills

- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software

- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and presentation standards

- Experience using OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus
