Fine Dining Server

### Duties:

- Provide exceptional guest service in a Fine Dining setting

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure tables are properly set with silverware, glassware, and linens

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and potential allegies

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas

### Experience:

- Wine knowledge

- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or Fine Dining establishment preferred

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
