Fine Dining Bartender

Arkas Restaurant Group is looking for skilled and experienced bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Room for growth and many other opportunities with the restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients following recipes to prepare cocktails
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificates (food handlers, Basset)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
