Fine Art Framing Technician

Image Craft has been around since 1979 providing customers with the expert large format printing, national installation, and great customer service. We are searching for a dynamic Fine Art Framing Technician to join our growing team.

Fine Art Framing and Fabrication duties including but not limited to:

• Art and photography framing, cut glass, mount artwork, chopping & joining, mat cutting, stretch canvases.
• Operate and maintain, table saw, chop saw, panel saw, joiners, Matte Wizard etc.
• Organize work load and tasks for the day

Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; projects a positive image.

Work closely with department managers to ensure a steady, consistent flow of work into the Framing department for on time completion.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Company programs and ensure a safe environment

Requirements

• Flexible to modify daily tasks and adjust for deadlines as needed
• Work well individually as well as with a team
• Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Willing to cross-train as needed
• Good attendance record
• Positive “can do “ attitude
• Adhere to safety policies
• Use of small hand tools
• Able to lift 60+ pounds
• Attention to detail
• High energy level

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Fine Art Framing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Glass Cutting: 1 year (Preferred)
