Description:
This Financial Support Manager will be instrumental in the standardization and implementation of key Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) policies, procedures, and financial metrics across a growing orthodontic platform. The Financial Support Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting decentralized RCM functions at the practice level through training, coaching, analyzing key billing and collections metrics, handling inquiries for complex revenue cycle issues, and revenue cycle auditing. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and will work closing will leadership across multiple departments including finance, operations, information technology and practice level management.

Key Job Functions*:
- Work with Director of Strategic Finance and Regional Director of Operations to:
- Develop a platform wide plan to communicate and implement standardized policy and procedures.
- Use existing data software to develop practice level key metrics and dashboards along with benchmarks and targets focused on collection rates, accounts receivable aging, and write-offs.
- Develop monthly cadence for reporting and follow-up with lead financial coordinators to drive accountability and collection improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate and leverage RCM functions across the platform.
- Work directly with practice level management and financial coordinators to:
- Implement standardizes best practices across all revenue cycle functions.
- Streamline revenue cycle processes to maximize efficiencies across 8 different practice management systems (PMS).
- Develop and provide training to practice level RCM team members as needed.
- Provide support and training to newly acquired practices to ensure SOP policies and procedures are implemented.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on dental payer billing, processing and policies.

- SME knowledge of billing, coding, and productivity auditing
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-Mail.
- Expert knowledge of Excel functions
- Moderate knowledge of dental billing rules and understanding EOBs.
- Ability to adapt to and train on multiple PM systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with diverse personalities discreetly, maturely, and professionally.
- Ability to work with all levels of teams from Entry-level to Sr. Leadership
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, required
- At least two (2) years in the healthcare or dental RCM functions
- At least two (2) years in billing and claims resolution
- At least two (2) years of dental front office RCM functions
- Will require 50% travel
