INDIVIDUAL FUNCTION STATEMENT:

Protect and Grow wealth moving through warm markets and out into all markets. Unique business model offering income opportunities and training to increase income and continually funnel clients to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn our conversation on Financial Solutions provided via zoom calls daily
• Network communities you choose: digital, professional, familial, as well as cold leads provided by Dr. Lea Majer
• Learn business ownership and team development

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Spare-time: 5-10 hours per week

Part-time: 15-20 hours per week

Full-time: 20+ hours per week

Salary: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10-20 per week

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract

• Commission pay

• Monthly bonus

• Performance bonus

• Profit sharing

• Uncapped commission
