The Pay is approximately $200 per hour.

We are a 35-year-old well respected Financing Advisory Firm looking for a skilled Financial Packager of Business Loansand Business Plans from businesses looking for a $1M to $5M+ loan. Duties include the ability to talk directly to a client and gather information over time and prepare the loan package and help summarizing the client’s business plan. Skills required are strong experience in dealing with and understanding business financial statements and Business Plans and projections. Clients already have a Business Plan with Projections, but you will need to summarize them in the loan package.

The ideal candidate is a loan officer at a bank or Investment Bank. You receive $600 per package which in total time to gather information and prepare the package should take no longer than three hours. You can start part time and go full time if your work is acceptable. On a full-time basis, you should be able to do two packages per day, giving you a daily income of $1,200!

It takes time gathering information from the client, so it might take up to two weeks to have all the information and prepare the package. If you work full-time, you might be working on up to 5 different packages each day. Once we have the final package, it will take another four weeks for us to collect our fees and pay you your fees. So, at the very beginning, it will take approximately six weeks to get paid, but as you do more or more packages after six weeks working full-time your weekly income should reach $7,200 per week!
