Your Role:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique financial goals and challenges.
- Developing personalized strategies that address the specific needs of families and communities.

- Guiding clients to make informed decisions that optimize their financial security.
- Providing ongoing support and communication to address evolving financial needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support and guidance to students in the area of literacy
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective literacy strategies
- Conduct assessments to identify students' literacy needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver engaging and interactive literacy instruction to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Provide feedback and support to teachers on best practices for literacy instruction
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution as it relates to literacy instruction
Qualifications:
- NO Previous experience required
- We ask that you be willing to learn and to be coached
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $10,568.00 per month
