Because of this anticipated growth they are looking for someone to their growing finance team. They are looking for someone to step into the role as Plant Controller. This opportunity will be based at a recently acquired business in the greater Seattle area. This person will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing Finance for the business. This person will be instrumental in the development and delivery of financial objectives for the business in Seattle. They will serve as a business partner to the Plant Director as well as the manufacturing leadership team. This role will be both tactical and strategic and needs someone who can navigate the challenges they will have in the role. Our client is also looking for someone who has the potential to move beyond this role as they will be part of succession planning for the finance team. Here are a few of the minimum qualifications are client is looking for in potential candidates. ? Degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA preferred ? Multiple years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, planning and analysis ? Manufacturing experience, CPG would be a plus ?
