Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
Excellent opportunity in Business Insurance National Accounts Financial Integrity for conducting and documenting moderately complex financial/accounting/expense analysis assignments for Loss Sensitive customer accounts. Under general supervision, the Consultant will have the opportunity to perform standard and routine assignments, independently, to conclusion. This includes analyzing, balancing, and controlling key financial receivables within the general ledger.What Will You Do?
- Prepare, evaluate, and validate financial and operational reports.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate trends and variances in business performance, while interacting with cross functional peers on limited basis.
- Synthesize and present exhibits, results, and observations to direct manager and team members.
- Support your financial partners in the preparation of analyses to support business strategy.
- Review competitor press releases, SEC filings, and industry trade press for helpful insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Knowledge of Financial Analysis concepts and processes, and accounting practices and principles.
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pay attention to detail and effectively covey information.
- Ability to leverage analytical skills access and gather data, including a basic understanding of what the data represents.
- Ability to proactively manage time and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to solve challenges and make recommendations for more efficient processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Financial Reporting Software (e.g., TM1, Essbase, Hyperion, etc.).

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
