In this role, you will learn the nuances of Financial Solution Group’s processes and services. This position requires a full-time, in-person commitment.

Job Responsibilities

Manage office operations at Financial Solutions Group’s Keene, New Hampshire location.

• Answer phones and assist with client requests, processing of documents, etc.
• Be present and available for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Emphasize your “director of client happiness” role in all interactions and initiatives.
• Collect required documentation and information to open new client accounts.
• Assist in the implementation of financial recommendations through the processing of paperwork.
• Work closely with other FSG locations to provide quality service to our clients throughout the country.

Provide support for Financial Solutions Group advisors.

• Manage and nurture client relationships.
• Learn how to identify, build, and oversee new service opportunities to meet client needs.
• Anticipate and proactively prepare materials to support Advisors' ability to assist clients.
• Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity records in our CRM.
• Learn how to leverage our CRM to generate reports in support of Advisor efforts.
• Occasionally attend client appointments to learn to excel at facilitating follow-up and follow-through.
• Develop an expert knowledge of Financial Solutions Group’s Unique Processes offered to clients.

Possess or be willing to acquire foundational industry licenses within 12 months

• Securities Industry Essentials
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity
• FINRA Series 7

Experience/Skills Required

Maintain a high level of discretion/client confidentiality.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Background checks and fingerprinting are required.

Willingness to continue your education and career through conferences, exams, and licenses.

Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems.

Detailed documentation skills, of actions and tasks taken and to-do in the future.

Strong customer service skills

Strong self-management skills

Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal)

Ability to be tenacious yet patient while completing tasks.

Self-direction, being an independent worker, and being a supportive team player is a must.
