Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Technical and Functional Subject Matter Expert SME Support of Customer/1 application
- Develop technical Solutions from High Level Business problems
- Requirements Gathering
- Functional Analysis
- Development of User Acceptance Test Plans
- Development of Post-Production Verification Requirements
- Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers
- Support analysis of production events as needed
- Support the development and review of training materials and participate in the implementation of the training as appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 yrs in business requirement application design and functional solutioning
- A minimum of 8 yrs of Customer/1 application analysis, design or technical programming development, focused on Billing
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SQL development
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with HP UX Mainframe Platforms operating systems
- Experience with Client server version of Customer/1
- Experience with Tariff Modeling
- Experience with Oracle Utilities CCB or C2M
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
