Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Hypertherm Associates' is looking for a Lead FP&A Analyst to join our team. If your passion and experience are in Finance and IT, read on!
The Lead FP&A Analyst supports all aspects of the reporting center of excellence within the FP&A team, including acting as the subject matter expert of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and financial data. This person will play a critical role in the transformation of financial reporting and EPM processes and its underlying data model through the design and governance of future state, enterprise wide, end-to-end businesses processes, data model and operating model.
In partnership with the Manager of Financial Systems and Reporting, this person supports the evolution and optimization of the EPM system and processes. In addition, this person drives implementation and adoption of reporting through Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse tools within the organization.

As our Lead FP&A Analyst you will:
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Hypertherm's EPM solution.
  • Play a critical role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing reporting tools to streamline the financial reporting process.
  • Work with multiple business process owners, ensuring alignment across business processes, data structure and values, and sequencing of process improvements supporting customer and partner relationship management.
  • Support the development and governing process of master data management policies and procedures to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create documentation and training that supports change management and adoption of business processes during and post-deployment.
  • Provide support and gather feedback from users on an on-going basis, elevating opportunities for enhancements or improvements as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor global best-in-class standards, measurements, and controls to promote lean and efficient operating practices to best execute on future phases of EPM scope while soliciting feedback to create actionable items to improve its current state.
  • Provide operational leadership for the team while fostering a positive climate for well-being and growth.
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with knowledge and application of accounting principles, GAAP, consolidations, system flow.
  • Business partnership with senior leaders.
  • Extensive functional and business knowledge.
  • Ability to develop and execute on the implementation of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to produce and maintain an enterprise-wide forecast process.
  • Accountability for leading people in functional processes and programs.
  • Expert oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident and results oriented communications and presentations.
  • Ability to partner and drive team to collaborate to improve financial performance, strategic decision-making, and the exploration for future business opportunities.
Location: Hanover, NH (Hybrid of 3 days onsite/2 remote)

  • Base Compensation Range for this position (Grade 20) is $76,760 - $127,937

$79,062.80-$131,775.11 AnnualThis is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
