Financial Associate

Your Role:

• Actively generate leads and referrals through various channels such as participating in networking events, community outreach, and referrals.
• Collaborate and develop marketing strategies to implement our outreach goals.
• Conduct outreach to potential referrals to introduce them to our financial services offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals.
• Collaborate with the team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and facilitate the onboarding process for new referrals.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends by attending regular weekly and annual training conference.
• Willing to get FL life licensed.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Finance, Business, or related field. OR
• 2+ years of experience in sales, or in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Some knowledge, but not preferred, of financial products and services, including investment vehicles, insurance policies, and retirement planning strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Organization and time management are a plus.
• Understand Commission only pay.
