Your Role:
- Actively generate leads and referrals through various channels such as participating in networking events, community outreach, and referrals.
- Collaborate and develop marketing strategies to implement our outreach goals.
- Conduct outreach to potential referrals to introduce them to our financial services offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals.
- Collaborate with the team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and facilitate the onboarding process for new referrals.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends by attending regular weekly and annual training conference.
- Willing to get FL life licensed.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Finance, Business, or related field. OR
- 2+ years of experience in sales, or in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Some knowledge, but not preferred, of financial products and services, including investment vehicles, insurance policies, and retirement planning strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Organization and time management are a plus.
- Understand Commission only pay.
