Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly revenue
• Forecast product demand for Operations/Manufacturing teams
• Conduct monthly-close related tasks, including revenue reconciliations and commissions accruals
• Review transactional details on individual deals, including discounts, cancellations, and non-standard terms
• Facilitate affiliate sales process
• Perform margin analyses on deals to ensure profitability
• Assist with reporting of results, orders, trends, and transactional commentary
• Build sales commissions plans/quotas, and administer plans
• Provide recommendations for, and execute price changes
• Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Operations, Services, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
• Proactively advise on process and efficiency improvements

Requirements

Education:

• Four-year business or finance degree required, MBA a plus but not required

Experience:

• 3+ years of Financial Analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance
• Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
• Experience presenting to executive management teams
• Experience in fast-change environment

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions

Computer proficiency:

• MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Database knowledge helpful

Travel:

• 10% of time
