What you can look forward to as a Financial Analyst II:
- Preparing and maintaining cost analysis for processes, products, and equipment for manufacturing of automatic transmissions.
- Implementing tools and methods for cost planning, cost analysis, and controlling.
- Periodic analysis and reporting of key costing data and metrics.
- Identifying, calculating, and planning of the cost components of transmissions.
- Working with production departments to determine cost impact of changes to manufacturing processes.
- Participating in projects for cost improvement activities.
- Participating in special projects for controlling and finance
- Continuous work improvement activities for self as well as the company.
- Supporting annual budgeting for operations and capital requirements
- Understanding and complying with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements and company’s corporate principles.
- Other duties as it relates to this position.
Your profiles as a Financial Analyst II:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 3+ years of related experience in finance
- Knowledge of controlling and financial functions in manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
- Advanced user of MS Office Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
- Goal-oriented and works independently
- Experience in working in a team environment
