JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe Director will be responsible for strategic leadership and program management in the School of Physician Assistant Studies. The Director is assigned to the School on a 12-month full-time basis. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Master’s degree or higher. Doctorate degree preferred.
- Must hold a current or emeritus NCCPA certification.
- Three years of full-time higher education experience at the time of appointment.

- Program administration
- Fiscal management of the program
- Continuous programmatic review and analysis
- Program planning
- Program development
- Supervision of the medical director, faculty, and staff
- Completion of ARC-PA required documents, and adherence to the Standards and ARC-PA policies
- Clear understanding of ARC-PA Standards
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, empathy, and possession of high emotional intelligence.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks and projects while overseeing school operations and goals.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to personnel issues, strong communication skills, and proactive problem-solving.
