Position Summary: The Business and Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in providing insightful analyses and information to enhance overall company decision making and profitability. The ideal candidate is both strategic and action oriented and thrives on being part of a fast-paced, fun, and results-driven team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Prepare weekly and monthly volume reports and forecasts · Responsible for supporting the Sales team with timely and efficient pricing and quoting · Support the decision-making process by delivering accurate and timely data, analysis, and recommendations through growth pricing. · Analyze and track rate trends both internally and externally · Support the Sales team with financial analysis on a customer by customer basis · Compile Monthly and Weekly Reports package used by Executive Leadership Team · Ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by CFO and Sr. Analyst.
Minimum Qualifications · Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical software. · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field is required. Master's Degree Preferred. · Two (2) years to four (4) years of experience with account and/or financial analysis · Strong strategic, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
