The Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and recommendations to support Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) network development strategy with the objective of optimizing access to providers with a continually increasing effective network discount.
This Financial Analyst will be responsible for technical analysis and strategic business support for our Dental Networks. Analysis consists primarily of financial impacts of changes to providers, fee schedule increases and discounts. Assistance in development of fee schedules for Guardian's PPO and DHMO compensation as needed. This individual will also be responsible for network related support to underwriting/sales and ad hoc analysis as needed.
You will:
- Analyze PPO and DHMO market needs for fee schedule increases to maintain and grow our Dental Network while minimizing rate impact; includes individual fee schedules, DSO's, and large groups
- Support network and product development; includes creating, managing, and updating tools and reports used by dental recruiters, underwriting, sales, and pricing
- Update payment calculations for our rental network arrangements
- Provide Dental Network discount and average cost information for requests for proposal (RFPs) to support sales of Guardian dental
- Assist in updates of standard fee schedules, DHMO fee schedules, CDT updates, etc. in our DNA and ClaimFacts systems

Reporting Relationships:
As a Financial Analyst, you will report to our Lead of Provider Reimbursements.
Location Requirements
The primary location for this position is in Bethlehem, PA; with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Salary Range
$54,320.00 - $81,477.50
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
