The Company
Veterinary Practice Partners LLC (VPP) co-owns practices with veterinarians, helping them grow, cultivate exceptional staff, and improve overall operations so that together, we can skillfully navigate the changing marketplace. Our partners enjoy complete clinical autonomy while we handle the core business functions, including but not limited to: marketing, finance & accounting, operations, HR, IT, and recruiting. Whether a veterinarian is mid-career and in need of support, an associate doctor looking for a path to ownership, or a seasoned veterinarian nearing retirement, VPP offers a true co-ownership model to suit their needs.
Since our founding in 2011, we have grown to over 145 hospitals through joint venture transactions and plan to continue on an accelerated growth trajectory into 2024 and beyond. To help support our future growth plan, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to grow our development team.

The Partnership Development Team within VPP is responsible for identifying new hospitals to acquire through joint venture transactions, the financial analysis and valuation of each new transaction and the due diligence efforts from signed term sheet through the closing of the transaction.
