Financial Analyst

The job entails managing financial statements, reports, and compliance, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to annual business planning. It requires at least 4 years of experience, particularly in tax (e.g., corporate, payroll, sales, 1099/1042, personal property tax). Additional skills include analytical acumen, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, effective communication, and time management. The role also involves travel to other Mobis locations.

Job Description:

· Contribute to the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

· Oversee annual business planning

· Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

· Support with other accounting projects

· Reviewing income and expenses

· Analyzing and interpreting financial data

· Implementing financial policies and procedures

· Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations

· Preparing financial forecasts such as revenue, expenses, and loan estimations

· Lead Quarterly Review

Experience:

· 4+ years experience

· Tax experience in any of the tax categories below:

o Corporate Tax (State and Federal)

o Payroll Tax

o Sales Tax

o 1099/1042

o Personal Property tax

Additional Skills:

· Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)

· Ability to provide accurate and timely information to Management

· Willingness to travel to the other Mobis locations

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong time management and organizational abilities

· Korean and English Bilingual
