This role will also be involved in supporting all M&A diligence and integration activities along with preparation of all investor reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Analysis & ReportingManage financial reporting along with commercial and operational KPIs for business units within Pacteon.Analyze project performance and provide insights into cost and margin performance. Provide analysis that supports leadership in decision making.Partner with business leaders to support their business and understanding of financial variances, financial forecasting, business case development, and other analytical data analysis. Identify and implement process efficiencies to support accounting and finance team to improve productivity and quality. Budgeting & Forecasting Manage budgeting and forecasting process for business units within Pacteon along with consolidation. Develop long term financial planning model for business. Mergers & AcquisitionsLead and support financial analysis and due diligence for M&A. Lead the M&A functional diligence process.Lead and support all transaction activities and business integration activities. Investor & Lender Support Lead collection of financial and non-financial data for investor and lender presentations. Prepare presentations and information that is effective in communicating business performance and trends.
