Junior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, monthly financial statements, and ad-hoc reports for management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Collaborate with various departments to gather budget inputs and assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to enhance cost efficiency.
Cost Analysis:Analyze manufacturing costs, identify cost drivers, and propose cost-saving initiatives.
Work closely with the operations team to understand production processes and provide insights into cost optimization.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in the company's financial systems.
Extract and manipulate data from various sources to generate meaningful financial reports.
Financial Reporting:Prepare and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
