Ownership and Influence

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and variances and provide insights on business performance. 
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 
• Conduct cost analysis, assessing operational indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. 
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and business decisions. 
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 
• Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to provide recommendations on potential risks and opportunities. 
• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. 
• Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes, including gathering and organizing financial data from various sources. 
• Develop financial presentations for management and stakeholders, summarizing complex data into understandable insights. 
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions or partnerships. 
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and technological advancements in financial analysis.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable. 
• Familiarity with financial systems and software (ERP, SAP, Oracle) to extract and analyze data. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to simplify complex financial information. 
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong working relationships. 
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. 
• Strong ethical conduct and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
