```Duties```
- Conduct financial analysis using various tools and techniques
- Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and projections
- Assist in the development of business plans and investment strategies
- Conduct quantitative research and perform data collection and analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, SQL, and other financial software/systems
- Solid understanding of cost accounting and governmental accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
