Responsibilities:
- Initiate project approvals and craft cash flow estimates for capital projects.
- Update cash flows for construction projects based on actual and committed costs.
- Compile precise financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide insightful and concise variance analysis of actual performance compared to plans and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of practical experience in financial forecasting, modeling, or analysis.
- Proficient in generating cash flow estimates for capital and construction projects.
- Strong report compilation skills with attention to detail.
- bility to deliver meaningful variance analysis.
- Familiarity with project approval processes (if applicable).
- Knowledge of industry-standard financial modeling tools (if applicable).
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting.
