Financial Aid Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an educational company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time Financial Aid Specialist to join their team. This role will be fully in office to start, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, but will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid model after 4-5 months. Starting pay is between $22/hr-$25/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Assist students in completing Financial Aid applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide guidance on various Financial Aid programs, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Collaborate with students to explore scholarship opportunities and other forms of financial assistance.
- Conduct Financial Aid workshops and informational sessions for students and parents.
- Stay informed about changes in Financial Aid policies and regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline the Financial Aid process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required!
- Previous experience in Financial Aid administration or a related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state Financial Aid programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
