Job description

For licensed, independent financial professionals seeking an opportunity to grow their business with state, municipal, and public education employees – a high-potential market! These appointments are pre-set, come to you in a virtual setting, and other advisors have as much as tripled their income in this program. As this is a marketing program, it involves an affordable investment by the advisor or agent to have these appointments.

You have two options for 40 appointments minimum: baseline appointments or gift basket appointments (slightly higher cost). Why be part of this platform? You will be part of a mission that advances personal retirement strategies and reviews for Public Employees as they make decisions about their financial security and benefits. The primary issue for Financial Advisors is getting in front of people. We’ll give you full resources, focused business service, proprietary sales concepts, and 360-degree support to help you be successful in this specialized, high-potential space.

Please note that is a commissioned opportunity, per usual opportunities with independent agents, with revenue streams for you from income-planning, asset protection, survivor benefit, life sales concepts, and potential money-management sales. Historically, with our team’s concepts and help, advisors have seen as much as a recorded 2-3x in their financial production for their business and a multiplier on referrals given.

  • Baseline appointments for $49 or gift basket appointments for $65.
  • Pre-set appointments directly on your calendar, set 100% by prospects.
  • For baseline appointments, 10% are age 60+; for gift basket appointments, one-third approximately are 60+, and some prospects will have $100k - $500k in assets.
  • Fill your pipeline with prospects needing income planning help, asset protection help, tax-advantaged cash-flow strategies, and future prospects for retirement planning.
  • Get full-service support from our team, who's helped many advisors grow their businesses.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Hold insurance and/or financial license(s).
  • For our IMO marketing program, be okay with willing to invest in this program to generate these appointments for you – we can also help co-op with certain prior business eligibility.
  • MUST-HAVE – Comfortable with virtual appointments, technology, presenting, and some experience with Public Employees; team player, hard work ethic, committed, impeccable follow-up and service philosophy to clients, doing the right thing by each client, ability to work and execute.
  • Proven track record of financial services sales and business growth.
  • Experienced or seasoned financial professionals who are willing to give long-term commitment for success.
  • Able and willing to move insurance company contracts to our IMO to participate.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

  • How many years of experience do you have in the financial services industry?
