We will train, coach, mentor and develop the right candidate in our Wealth Management Advisor Program. Here, you’ll have access to award-winning training, technology, planning tools and supportive mentors to help you deliver expert advice to your clients.

We want people with different backgrounds and work experience, including but not limited to:

• Financial management, sales, insurance, and financial services
• Executive leadership
• Community influencers

• Educators
• Military background
• Prior sales and/ or business experience preferred

BA or BS degree from a four-year institution or 4 years military preferred - considerations will be made for backgrounds without. Candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Prior sales and/or business experience preferred. Candidate must also possess a history of personal and professional success.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
