Responsibilities: • Engaging clients to determine their financial objectives, expenses, income, insurance coverage, tax status, risk threshold, or other necessary data used to create a financial plan • Responding to customers' queries regarding financial strategies and plans and dispensing financial advice • Proposing tactics for clients in the areas of investment organization, insurance protection, cash management, and other domains to assist them with achieving financial goals • Examining customer accounts and plans consistently to identify if changes in their situation, life situation, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan • Deciphering financial data obtained from clients to create tactics for meeting clients' monetary objectives • Compiling or interpreting financial record summaries, investment performance reports, and income forecasts for customers • Executing financial plans or referring clients to experts who can help them • Administering and updating client portfolios • Maintaining contact with customers regularly to recognize shifts in their financial status • Developing and preserving the client base • Playing a leadership role to motivate your teammates to reach their highest potential • Pursuing opportunities to extend your network and get energy from connecting with others • Demonstrating resourceful skills and having the determination to manage a business • Being a self-starter and persistent in achieving Qualifications: • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field • Obtain a FINRA Series 7 and 66 with help from the company • Get a Life and health license with assistance from the organization • Have an understanding of the mutual funds, securities, and insurance industries • Desire to exceed the expectations of peers • Strong inclination to help and teach others • Determination to succeed in the long term by working hard in the short term • Experience in sales is desirable • Hold an enterprising attitude and a drive to build a business Compensation: $70,000+ at plan commission
