Financial Advisor

At JB Meridian Advisors we are a fee-only investment management firm operating in Central Florida since 2010. We operate in over 30 states and are looking to partner with other driven fee-only investment advisors that want to grow their practice independently and without a large wirehouses demanding production numbers monthly. We provide industry high payout and are looking for like-minded IARs (Investment Advisor Representatives).

```Duties```
As a Financial Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide financial guidance and advice to clients. You will work closely with individuals and businesses to help them make informed decisions about their finances. Your duties will include:

- Conducting financial analysis and assessing clients' financial goals
- Developing personalized financial plans based on clients' needs and objectives
- Providing recommendations on investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management
- Assisting clients with tax planning and optimizing their financial situation
- Offering guidance on cash management, including budgeting and debt management
- Providing advice on wealth management, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification
- Assisting businesses with corporate accounting and financial services
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations

- Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of investment products
- Excellent sales skills to effectively communicate financial concepts to clients
- Ability to manage cash flow and provide guidance on cash management strategies
- Knowledge of wealth management principles and strategies for long-term financial growth
- Understanding of asset management techniques to optimize investment portfolios
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices for businesses' financial needs
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and projections
- Knowledge of banking products and services
