Position: Executive Associate to Financial Advisor - President & Owner

Location: NJ / NY (On-site work required at Holmdel, New Jersey office)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (Compensation varies based on experience and licensing)

We are a boutique Financial Services Firm specializing in Corporate Benefits, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. As we expand our team, we are seeking a full-time Executive Associate to work directly with the President and the Executive team. Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the team to complete client Annual Plan Reviews.

● Assist in preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and conducting analysis for prospective clients.

● Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

● Communicate directly with clients via in-person meetings, Zoom, phone, and email, while also coordinating meetings.

● Provide ongoing client service and support.

● Assist the President and team throughout the full client process, from onboarding to ongoing service.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 3 years of experience working in financial services, preferably in an administrative or investment capacity.

● Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

● Industry licenses such as Series 7, Series 6, and Series 66 are preferred but not required.

● Broad knowledge of financial services.

Skills and Attributes:

● Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.

● Satisfactory computer skills.

● Comfortable working directly with the President and interacting with clients.

● Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
