Palmer Properties is seeking a bright and self-motivated individual to support our key executives. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.
This position requires an in-depth understanding of all financial aspects of commercial property management to deliver high-quality assistance to the CEO, President, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President/Principle of the company.
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Key job responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison for CEO, President, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President/Principle of the company for direct reports and information from all departments
- Assist with project coordination and documentation.
- Financial tracking and record keeping
- Treat all communications from the CEO, President, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President/Principle and senior staff as highly critical and confidential.
- Prepares financial reports and various accounting statements.
- Assist in the annual audit and tax return preparation.
- Anticipate follow-up actions may be required by senior staff and provide reminders to the appropriate individual(s) to keep all project workflows on schedule.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for presentations and meetings.

Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft office skills 10+ years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with planning and coordinating financial forecasting, budgets, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- High proficiency working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
- Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn various departmental software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field, preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
